Disassembly
In disassembly, hidden damage is often found. Inner structure repairs are determined and an additional part may have to be added to ensure your vehicle is repaired to the highest standard.
Order Parts
The parts of your vehicle are ordered and availability is checked. You will be notified if parts are on backorder via SMS.
Structure Repair
In the structure repair area, the uni-body is returned back to the factory specification.
Body Repair
The body repair department replaces exterior panels and all metal finishing that may be required.
Reassembly
Final mouldings and detail pieces are placed back onto the vehicle in the assembly area.
Final Inspection
The repairs on your vehicle will undergo a three step quality inspection, where all non-conformities are rectified, before delivery.
